Terms and Conditions

The total cost is valid for 30 days from the date of this proposal.

A deposit of 50% is required upon acceptance of this bid.

Final payment is due upon project completion.

Any additional work outside the scope of this proposal will require a change order and may result in additional charges.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party vendors.

Acceptance of Proposal

By signing, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this proposal and authorizes Massi Electric, LLC. to proceed with the project as described.

I authorize Massi Electric, LLC. to move any items necessary for the electrical process and understand that they are not responsible for any damages that may occur.

Limited Warranty

Massi Electric, LLC. ("the Company") warrants to the original purchaser ("Customer") that its electrical products and services will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of 24-months from the date of purchase or installation, whichever is later. If a defect arises during this period, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product, or refund the purchase price. This Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, power surges, lightning, or consumable parts such as fuses or batteries.

To make a claim, the Customer must notify the Company within the Warranty Period, provide proof of purchase, and, if applicable, return the defective product following the Company's instructions. The Company’s liability under this Warranty is limited to the remedies stated above, and it is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Notice of Cancellation

This contract may be canceled without penalty or obligation by the homeowner/accepting party within three (3) business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and federal holidays) from the start date listed on the previous page. Any payments made before this time frame will be refunded in full within ten (10) business days of receipt of the written cancellation notice.

If cancellation occurs after the three (3) business days, a fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the total job value will be assessed. For cancellations where payments have been made, the refund will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt of the written notice, minus the assessed fee. If no payments were made before the start date, the assessed fee will be invoiced and is due upon receipt. Written cancellation notices must be submitted via email, or in-person delivery.
